Bunowen Bay
Bunowen Bay is on the Slyne Head promontory in Connemara, Galway, Ireland. It is a small, sheltered and pictureqsue beach with crystal clear waters. Caution should be taken as one can quickly get out of one’s depth not far from the shore.
The famous Connemara Smokehouse is nearby where one can buy local smoked fish. Add to this a round of golf at the Connemara Golf Club and you have a recipe for a wonderful day.
