Enniscrone Seaweed Baths

Hot Seaweed Baths have long since been a tradition along the west coast of Ireland. The baths alleviate aches and pains due to the high levels of minerals, particularly iodine, in the seaweed. The seaweed oil also leaves the skin feeling soft for many days. In fact, Hot Seaweed Baths are Ireland’s only native spa therapy and make a great option for those rainy days in particular.
